Classic Proggy pop from the King Crimson stable. A favourite of mine for some time now. Strange pop tunes with a sometimes hard jazz feel. If your after breaks there is some great ones on here. Australian copy with the purple text instead of green. Gatefold with edge and spine wear. Heavy scuffs on the first track which causes noise. Playable and cheap. Comissioned by the Queensland Tourist Bureau, this promotional LP from 1973 showcased the pleasures that were to be had in sunshine state. Opting for a exotic jazzy approach there are some great moments here by Sangster. Some nice bossa's and scats. Features Kerrie Bidell. Very Italian sounding in parts. Although this was titled Volume one, there was never any future editions. All copies of this LP show some spine wear simply due to the enormity of the inside booklet. Disc marked.
